Potential New Member Guidelines

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS - IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE, EACH POTENTIAL NEW MEMBER MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:

A woman must be a regularly matriculated student (enrolled in 12 or more WCU credits) and have earned 12 WCU credits or 12 transfer credits to be eligible for recruitment and new membership, and she must have a 2.5 cumulative WCU GPA.

WCU Academic History will be released to the chapter members/advisors and members of the Panhellenic Recruitment Staff as part of the Potential New Member application process.

Potential new members must complete the FSL Orientation Module & Quiz.

Each potential new member will register on-line and pay a NON REFUNDABLE $5.00 registration fee.

Fall 2024 RECRUITMENT INFO:

Fall 2024 recruitment follows a Continuous Open Bidding (COB) process. In COB, sorority chapters create and host their own events and have a limited number of bids they are allowed to give out. Chapter recruitment events are promoted through their chapter social media accounts and the broader Panhellenic Council social media accounts.

West Chester Panhellenic Sororities will be hosting a COB Kickoff event on Tuesday, September 3rd from 12-5 on the Academic Quad. Here you'll have the ability to talk with members from all chapters to learn more about their recruitment timeline and process.
