Continuous Open Bidding (COB) is the informal recruitment process that occurs in the spring semester and following Fall Recruitment in August. Not all Panhellenic Council chapters are eligible to participate. IMPORTANT - YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION!

I authorize the Panhellenic Council to verify my academic record for the purposes of pursuing membership in a Panhellenic Council chapter at Oklahoma State University. I agree the verified academic information will be shared with participating chapters.

I certify I am a fully matriculated, current student at Oklahoma State University and that I am in good academic standing with the University. I understand if I am not, then I am ineligible to participate in COB. I further understand if I register for the wrong recruitment process that it is not the responsibility of the Panhellenic Council and my error could result in my inability to participate in future recruitment opportunities.

I understand if I have completed less than 12 college credit hours, my high school academic information will be shared with participating chapters. The Panhellenic Council will utilize the Core GPA as calculated by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for my high school GPA. The Core GPA is: 4 units of English, 3 units of Mathematics, 3 units of history and citizenship skills, 3 units of lab science and 2 units of other courses previously mentioned or computer science or foreign language.

I am not, nor have I ever been, an initiated member of a National Panhellenic Conference organization. I understand if I am or have previously been an initiated member of an NPC organization that I am ineligible for COB and Fall Recruitment.

I certify I did not participate in Fall Recruitment 2024 and complete the Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement (MRABA). I further understand that if I did complete an MRABA, received a bid from a chapter, and then declined the bid that I am ineligible to participate in any type of recruitment until Fall Recruitment 2025. I further understand that if I did complete an MRABA, chose to Intentionally Single Preference and did not receive a bid that I am eligible to participate in COB at this time.

I further understand a limited number of bids are extended through Continuous Open Bidding. Registering for COB does not guarantee I will be contacted by a chapter(s) and/or that I will receive a bid through this process.
