Thank you for your interest in Panhellenic Recruitment. We are excited to get to know you and share more about what it means to be a Panhellenic member. Before beginning your registration, please read through the following disclaimers and eligibility information:

I UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

A student is eligible to participate in recruitment if they are a regularly matriculated full-time student at Creighton University, have completed at least 12 Creighton credit hours, are in good standing with the University, and have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
A Potential New Member (PNM) shall not be, or ever have been, an initiated member of a National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) organization. (If in doubt, consult Panhellenic Council or the Fraternity and Sorority Life Advisor.)
A student is ineligible for recruitment if they have accepted a bid or have been pledged to any NPC organization within this calendar year.
A $25 non-refundable registration fee must be paid in full before 11:59 PM on January 11th, 2025. Your registration remains valid even if payment is not made at the time of submission. Please do not register twice.
A Potential New Member must attend orientation and all recruitment events to which they have been invited. Failure to attend the maximum number of events may result in removal from recruitment. In the event of illness or emergency, the PNM should notify the Panhellenic VP of Membership and her Recruitment Mentor (Rho Mu).
A Potential New Member wishing to withdraw from recruitment must first speak with her Recruitment Counselor and Panhellenic Council. She must complete an official electronic withdrawal form.
No Panhellenic active member may buy anything for a Potential New Member, and vice versa, during formal recruitment.
A Potential New Member may not make any verbal or written promise to join a chapter prior to the distribution of formal bids by Panhellenic. After the final preference event on Thursday, January 15th, PNMs will complete the Preferential Bid Form. Once submitted, no changes can be made. Submission indicates agreement to accept a bid from any chapter listed.
Any PNM attending recruitment events under the influence of non-prescription drugs or alcohol may be removed from the process and referred to the Office of Community Standards and Wellbeing. This decision is at the discretion of the Panhellenic Council and Advisor.
All PNMs must complete the Fraternity and Sorority Life Orientation on BlueLine by January 11th, 2026, at 8:00 AM to participate in recruitment.
Academic & Conduct Records Release Authorization:
I hereby authorize the Student Leadership & Involvement Center (SLIC) staff to verify my eligibility to participate in Panhellenic Recruitment and maintain membership in a recognized sorority at Creighton University. This includes the release of academic records (such as semester and cumulative GPA, academic standing, and enrollment status) and conduct history. My name may be associated with this information and shared with chapter leadership, the Panhellenic Executive Council, and National Panhellenic Conference specialists. I understand that each chapter may have higher GPA requirements than the University’s minimum of 2.5.
I understand that this release is in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
I authorize Panhellenic Recruitment Chairs and Chapter Presidents to access and use the contact information provided in my registration form for recruitment-related communication.
Residence Halls open at noon on Saturday, January 10th, 2026. No early move-ins or accommodations can be made.
