Fraternity APPLICANTS: The deadline to register for Recruitment will be August 24, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

ACADEMIC RECORD RELEASE: I understand that, to apply for recruitment, I must be a regularly enrolled, full-time student (12 hours minimum) in good standing with the University of Louisiana Monroe. Also, I must have at least a 2.5 GPA before going through recruitment. I authorize the ULM Office of Student Development and the Interfraternity Council to verify my academic eligibility. If I join a Fraternity or a Sorority organization, I hereby release my education record for the rest of my undergraduate career to the appropriate University of Louisiana Monroe officials and my Fraternity or Sorority affiliation so that they may monitor my eligibility.

HAZING STATEMENT: The University of Louisiana Monroe is an institution which encourages Unity, Leadership, and Motivation. The University of Louisiana Monroe prohibits hazing by any group or individual affiliated with the University. No student organization shall employ a program of pledge/new member education which includes hazing. ULM defines hazing as “any action taken or situation created, whether on or off university property, which is life threatening to the individual; kidnapping, paddling, slapping, branding, burning with cigarette, or any such activities which are life threatening to the individual or are intended to hurt or to humiliate physically or mentally, which is personally degrading for the purpose of initiation into, admission into, affiliation with, or as condition of continued membership in a group or organization." As a Fraternity/Sorority member, I pledge that I will not allow myself to be hazed, participate in any type of hazing and I will work to eliminate any form of hazing found within my organization, and to uphold all other regulations and rules of the University of Louisiana Monroe. I understand that any hazing activities should be reported to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life or school official.
